Trench Lamp

The Trench Lamp is inspired by fallen soldiers, in war and peace, who have laid down their lives for the country. The Trench Lamp has an adjustable ‘helmet’, a dome of spun brass, which can be articulated to direct light like a desk lamp for reading or casting light throughout a space.

The mount for the ‘helmet’ is a symbolic ‘rifle’ that has been chosen to uphold the soldier’s memory. The lamp aspires to shed light on our need for peace and an end to the war.
