DeAn abstraction of a fish or ‘Matsya’ is the inspiration for a versatile hand thrown stoneware vessel glazed on the inside in two colours ‘Indigo’ blue and ‘Pomegranate’ red. Designed as a hanging tea light with a fine metal drop holder, these vessels are equally useful as planters or birdhouses. The metal drop hanging system permits groups of these hanging sculptures to be clustered together or even to form a screen in an outdoor space.
