This range of candle holders in the classic Lota shape has been delicately hand-turned in marble and can also be used as exquisite vases. Each holder comes with its’ own tea light ‘lifter’. ‘Varksaaz’, the local artisans who hand beat pure gold and silver into incredible micron-thin sheets called varks, apply the 'Vark' around the outside of the vessel in traditional and modern motifs turning the translucent light of the candle opaque.
Images dance on the ceiling and walls in the patterns of
Rooh (spirit),
Chamak (sparkle) and
Kam Chamak (a tiny sparkle). The
Lota Candle holders are available in 4 ",5", 6" sizes in pure gold or silver finishes with a top coat for scratch resistance.
